Capital Irish has interviewed many Irish celebrities over the years the most prestigious being the former Irish President Mary McAleese. Our presenters come from all walks of life and each generation is represented! Capital Irish has been making programs for the Irish Community in Wellington, New Zealand since 2003. Join us for another episode of Capital Irish, where this week Roy is joined in studio by the fantastic Harpist Karen Jones, and his old mate Julian Ward on Guitar, where they share stories and some great music played live in studio.
First of all we have the classic 'Nancy Spain' with Roy on Vocals, Julian on Guitar, and accompanied by Karen on the harp. Then we get a couple of traditional Celtic numbers from Karen on the harp which are 'The Aran Boat' and "Rosalyn Castle'.
